Since we provide personalized, real-time digital services (one-on-one sessions/consultations), please read our refund policy carefully before booking a session.
1. Booking and Service Delivery
Once a payment is successfully processed, your session is reserved with a dedicated listener/support partner.
The service is considered “consumed” or “delivered” as soon as the session begins or the allotted time for your session has passed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of real-time emotional support and dedicated time allocation, all payments made on www.yaarza.online are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds or partial adjustments may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Failures from Our End: If a session cannot take place due to a technical glitch, server downtime, or an issue entirely caused by our platform, you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
Listener Unavailability: In the rare event that our assigned listener fails to join the session at the booked time, a 100% refund will be processed, or the session will be rescheduled based on your preference.
Cancellation by the User: If you wish to cancel a booked session, you must inform us at least [E.g., 2 hours / 4 hours] before the scheduled time. In such cases, we will either reschedule your session or issue a credit note/refund (minus payment gateway processing fees, if applicable). No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or “no-shows” (failing to join the session without prior notice).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
If you are unhappy with the advice or the conversation, as emotional support is subjective and depends heavily on individual comfort and openness.
If you choose to end the session early before your booked duration expires.
If you provide incorrect contact details (Email/WhatsApp) during booking, preventing our team from connecting with you.
4. How to Request a Refund
If your situation meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you can raise a refund request by following these steps:
Send an email to support@yaarza.online within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
Include your Order ID / Transaction Details, registered Email/Phone number, and the specific reason for requesting a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and verified by our support team:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing cycle.
